Foundational Yoga Workshop w/ Melanie Wales

Learn the foundations of yoga in this workshop geared to all levels of students.  


No matter if you are a true novice to yoga or have years of experience you will deepen your understanding and skills in yoga posture, movement sequencing, breathwork, and more.


What you can expect: 

  1. Learn to move with quality biomechanics in the foundational yoga poses such as downward facing dog, cobra, pigeon, and warrior to name a few.
  2. Engage in practical sequencing of key postures and movement flows to ease aches and pains, enhance recovery, and increase full body functional mobility. (These practical sequences will be your new go to’s to add to your recovery tool kit at home and in the gym to alleviate back pain, reduce shoulder and neck tension, loosen up tight hips, and more!)
  3. Relax and renew with breathwork techniques, mediation, and comfortable restorative postures designed to reduce stress and encourage immediate and real time relaxation.
